Women/Arts to Action (WATA) is a networking group for women artists living in the Bay Area. Artists meet monthly to discuss topics and issues relevant to creating arts in the Bay Area. WATA members also support each other's work by attending productions, screenings, shows, etc. The WATA blog is an online extension of the work WATA does and is a place to find Bay Area listings of art events, discussions, etc. and interesting articles, commentary, and reviews on issues affecting the arts.
